Testimonials

I worked with Chanel and Ficus and Fir Co. team during a very stressful time. I had to prepare my parent's home of 50 years for sale. Chanel not only met me in person to discuss, but we created a detailed plan on what needed to be done. She answered all of my post meeting questions promptly and with care. On the day, the team arrived on time and did a fantastic job covering every room, surface, cabinet, appliance, ceiling and floor. The house looked beautiful for pictures and showings. Chanel and the team have my highest recommendation.

I hired this team for a deep clean after some heavy construction. We had heavy dirt, dust and needed a serious deep clean. The ladies arrived on time and were so sweet to work with. They worked so hard and when I came back to see how things were going I was pleasantly surprised with a beautiful sparkling home that smelled and felt so good. They truly paid attention to all the details and did amazing on our bathrooms and whole house overall! I would hire Jess and the Ficus & Fir crew again and will be referring anyone that needs cleaners in Pittsburgh! Thank you so much Ficus and Fir! Excellent company, Chanel is amazing to work with!

Totally amazing. So kind and friendly! Their attention to detail is like no other! They cleaned the home we moved into and the home we just sold. They made the moving transition so easy for us! I didn't have to spend a few days cleaning everything myself. Truly worth every penny!

Chanel and her team are amazing! I can't say enough nice things about them! Great communication, always punctual and most importantly my house is spotless and smells amazing after a deep clean!! I've been using them for over 2 years and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a deep cleaning company!
